Every form on this site keeps what you type: your name and email, and your phone, suburb, property address or message if you give them.
It goes to our client system and inbox. If you ask for a trade, we pass your request to that trade. No account, no advertising or tracking cookies.
The Archive app, at crm.odysseypro.co, holds your name, email, property address and what you add, like documents, photos, fixtures, past jobs, care items and manuals. A free trial starts with your name, email and property address.
A trade you book sees only their job: your note and any photos you send with it.
Our client system runs on Supabase, a hosted database. Members see only their own record. Cloudflare serves the site. Email goes through our email providers.
Our host counts page views, with no cookies and nothing identifying you.
Messages and sign-ups stay while we are in touch, and for our records. Archive records stay while you are a member. When a trial ends, the dashboard pauses. You can still download your Property Portfolio. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Email [email protected] for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct or remove it. We will, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons, like an invoice. New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 applies.
