Odyssey Archive membership terms

Who we are

The Archive is provided by Odyssey Projects Limited, a New Zealand company (GST number 117 906 221). When these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Odyssey Projects. “You” means the person who holds the membership.

What the Archive is

The Archive is a private online record of your home. It holds the work done on the home, the materials and products used, documents, photos and the care plan we keep with you, in one place you can sign in to. You can download a Property Portfolio PDF of your record.

One membership covers one property. You can add another property to your membership for its own yearly fee.

What it costs

• An Archive membership is $395 a year.
• Each extra property is $197.50 a year.

Prices include GST. We send a tax invoice for every payment.

The free trial

We are confident in the Archive, so every home we welcome by invitation tries it free for 30 days. No card is needed. At the end of the trial you choose whether to continue. Nothing is charged unless you choose to pay.

Your membership year

Your year starts on the day your payment reaches us. When you renew, the new year starts the day after your current year ends, so paying early never costs you any days.

Renewing

Before your year ends, we send you an invoice for the next year. You pay it if you’d like to continue. We never charge your card automatically.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your Archive stays open until the end of the year you’ve paid for.

If you change your mind within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount. After 14 days we don’t refund part of a year.

If you sell your home

You have two choices. You can hand the property’s Archive to the new owner for the rest of the year you’ve paid for, arranged with our team; the membership then renews with them. Or you can keep your membership and sign-in, and hand on the Property Portfolio PDF.

How we look after your details is set out on our Privacy page. In short: what you put in your Archive stays with Odyssey Projects, and you can ask us to see it or remove it at any time.

Gifted memberships

If your first year was a gift, it covers one property for one year. When the gift year ends, you choose whether to continue at the standard price.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll tell you before the change applies to your next membership year.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
