What Essentials adds

Your working credits are spent below standard rates, with the supplier discounts we win shown on every line. Velden Electrical Founding Member status for life, and priority scheduling across all Odyssey services.
Bring your trusted trades in, book their visit, and keep a private record of who accessed your home and when. Your contractors, on your record, fully accounted for.
Multi-disciplinary support and a director's eye on the work you are doing this year, to lift the quality, hold the timeline, and protect the cost.
Your own contractors are kept as a private access record, who came, and when, never an alarm or access-control system. Materials are billed as you use them, at member rates, with the supplier discounts shown on every line.

A proprietary multi-day assessment of the home each year, a standalone engagement in its own right, with a health score, a system-by-system condition read, and a forward plan, filed as a dated benchmark.
The balance becomes working value you spend through the year on labour, at member rates below standard, across Odyssey Projects, Velden Electrical, and Men With A Ladder.
Every month
One each month. It waives the callout fee and any after-hours premium on a visit, so the small things get handled without a second thought. It resets on the first.
Each month brings an hour of the founder's time, applied to whatever needs a considered eye, a walk-through, a scope, a decision made before it becomes a problem.

Iris is your dashboard's steward. Ask what was installed, when, by whom, and what is due next, and she answers from your own home's record.
She is still growing. Decades of home and building knowledge, and a voice, are being added, yours to switch on when she is ready.

Your credits stay yours for a five-year window, not just this one. And your record is yours: download and print your full Property Portfolio as a keepsake, yours to file and store for good. Whatever you decide later, what you put in is always yours to take.

We are opening a founding intake ahead of 2027, for homeowners who are serious about a renovation and already know how we work. This year the founder stewards the founding cohort directly, while the team that will carry it grows.
Planning a renovation for 2027? Take your place now. Reserve a founding membership with a deposit, lock today's terms, and start the relationship early, with a hand in shaping the platform as it grows.
If your renovation cannot wait, and we have either worked together or you come through someone we have, you can ask to be considered for the 2026 cycle. A smaller number again, for work already moving.
