How do I start?
The Archive is by invitation. Tap “Request your free 30 days” and tell us about your home. We read every request, and no card is needed. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
A friend introduced me. What happens?
You start with 30 days free, the same as every home we welcome. If you carry on, the Archive is $395 a year. We thank the friend who introduced you, and we tell you so.
Who adds the records?
Everything is recorded once, by whoever did it, and stays on your record. Your trades log each visit from the link we send them, photos and all. Odyssey records its own work. You add the rest in a few taps: photograph a receipt, a paint tin or a manual and it is filed. We set up your property's profile before your first sign-in, and the guides in our Library show what is worth keeping.
Do I have to use your trades?
No. Book your own trades the same way. The Network is trades and suppliers we have worked with and trust, and no one pays to be on it. We don't advertise: our work has always travelled by word of mouth. So when a client or a trade introduces someone to us, we thank them. It is our way of saying thank you to everyone who supports our workmanship and the Odyssey vision.
Will you remind me when care is due?
Your care schedule shows what is due this season and why it matters. Open it whenever you'd like.
What about a second property, or a rental?
$197.50 a year, with its own record in the same account as your first, whether it is a rental, a bach or a second home. We email the invoice, and the extra property opens once it is paid. One account holds up to four properties; if you have more, talk to us and we can take it to eight.
Can I take my record with me?
Your Property Portfolio PDF is yours to keep and to hand on. If you sell, you can also hand the property's Archive to the new owner for the rest of your paid year, arranged with our team.
