Your record is yours to keep. Download and print your full property profile as a keepsake, and the value stays with you. Renewing is a choice you will want to make, not a trap you are caught in.
What if I am not very technical?
You are covered. Your profile prints as a beautiful document, and there are printed pages to track future work by hand. Whatever your comfort with technology, every base is covered.
I already have my own tradespeople.
Good. Bring them into a job we coordinate, and the work still lands on your record. And if you would like to track your own contractors directly, with a private record of who accessed your home and when, that lives a door up, in Stewardship Essentials.
Will it save me money?
Most expensive repairs are small jobs left too long. Staying ahead of them is the saving. And on the work you do choose, your Archive membership earns the member rate, 5% below standard on Odyssey Network labour, with street-run group rates on top when a run comes through.
